Two women sitting at a table. Aline has short red hair and is holding a fork. Lydia has short gray hair and is holding chopsticks. Both are wearing button-down shirts.

We, too, enjoy brunch.

We’re local investors who treat everyone with fairness and respect.

Aline McKenzie and Lydia Miller started in real estate in 2009 with a single rental house and a commitment to being the type of landlords we wished we’d had when we were renters.

With the home renovation skills we gained as landlords, we moved into house flipping and investment, mostly in the Oak Cliff area of Dallas, where we live. We aim to keep houses in their original character– to preserve and strengthen a neighborhood, not to make it trendy or gentrified.

We believe home renovation can benefit everyone: the seller, the local contractors we employ, the eventual buyer, and the community.

We’re now part of a statewide network of investors, who have the resources to make offers and creative solutions that work for any situation, even unpleasant ones like foreclosure, owning a burdensome property, probate, etc.

We would love to have a conversation with you so that we may understand your specific situation and work together to find a solution that’s best for you.
